Shipping

Where do orders ship from?
We partner directly with independent makers and brands across the U.S., and your items ship straight from them to you.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
If your order includes pieces from different makers, each one ships separately, so your candle, tea and throw may arrive on different days. You'll receive a tracking email for each package.

How long will shipping take?
Each maker prepares and ships their own items, usually within a few business days of your order. You'll get a tracking email as soon as each package is on its way, and most U.S. deliveries arrive within about a week of shipping. Questions about an order? Just email us.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Holiday orders

When should I order holiday gifts?
To be safe for Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by December 12. For advent calendars, order by November 20 so they arrive before December 1.

Gift sets

How do the gift sets work?
Choose any 3 or more items from one of our curated sets (Slow Morning, Cozy Night In or Tea Lover's Starter) and 10% comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email us before sending anything back, since return addresses vary by maker. See our full Return Policy.

Is anything final sale?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, tea and other food items, candles and home fragrance, and advent calendars can't be returned once opened.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Email us at contactmulberrybridge@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Products

What are your candles made from?
Our affirmation candles are hand-poured in Philadelphia from a coconut, soy and beeswax blend with cotton wicks, scented with essential oils and natural fragrance, and burn for up to 50 hours.

Are your teas loose leaf?
Most are. Many come in a small sampler size too, which is perfect for trying something new or tucking into a gift.
